High-precision serial production has fascinated me since my apprenticeship. It was clear to me that as a master of my trade, I had to follow a calling - the calling of uncompromising quality. Few competitors understood or embraced this, and that laid the foundation for our success to this day.
We are courageous. Step by step. Ready for change and perfection.
Of course, we don't get everything right the first time. But we are not afraid of failures. They make us better, wiser, and secure our advantage. And they fuel our commitment to do what is right for our customers, our employees, and our community.
My purpose lies in quality, and my family gives me the strength to pursue it. We are preparing for tomorrow today. The future is coming, bringing risks for the unprepared and opportunities for those who embrace it with open arms. With the completion of my mechanical engineering degree, something became clear to me. Today is the yesterday of tomorrow. The world is changing. Supply chains have been disrupted.
